The Constitution of Imposed Reality: The Elevation of the Corporation to a Constitutive Position by Power, State Mediation, and the Displacement of the Subject and Society from Constitutive Agency

This article examines arrangements in which power elevates the corporation to a constitutive position while organising state mediation through law, finance, authorisation, administration, and enforcement. It distinguishes technical capacity, actual use, institutional dependency, and outcome; and develops Corpopolitics, Onopticon, Homovictimus, Decision Health, and Temporal Conceptual Arbitrage as separate but connected analytical tools.
