Reality precedes the categories through which institutions measure, classify, and judge it.
“Measurement may reveal reality; it does not exhaust it.”
The Reality Paradigm is Hakkı Tan's research framework for analysing how lived reality is materially and institutionally organised before it is measured, classified, judged, or represented as truth. It does not reject evidence or truth; it gives analytical priority to the conditions that make persons, objects, and events encounterable.
Reality precedes the categories through which institutions measure, classify, and judge it.
What field of reality has already been organised before an institution can recognise, measure, or judge a person or event?
It does not deny truth, evidence, or judgement. It shifts analytical priority to the conditions that make an object encounterable before truth claims and verdicts are applied to it.
The Reality Paradigm is the wider research frame within which the Onopticon, Homovictimus, Judgment Syntax, and Metabolic Ambush acquire their relations.
